WARRANTY INFORMATION

Pro-Core warranties all repairs and parts provided by Pro-Core for 90 days.

Pro-Core does not warranty people using fuel that is older than six weeks old in their machines.

Machines must be ran once every two weeks for five minutes during the warranty period or warranty is void.

Pro-Core does not warranty machines that are being misused or kept outside.

Pro-Core warranties all winterization of machines for up to one year for the first time that the customer puts brand new fresh fuel into the machine.

 

Pro-Core guarantees there will be no fuel or carburetor issues with machines that have been winterized by Pro-Core for 365 days. Fuel must be brand new when the fuel is installed. 

Warranty claims must be submitted to Pro-Core Small Engine Repair within 72 hours of experiencing a problem.
