Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Pro-Core Lawn LLC ("Pro-Core Mobile"), a mobile lawn equipment and small engine repair service serving Northern Virginia.

Services

Pro-Core Mobile provides on-site repair, diagnostics, tune-ups, maintenance, and related services for outdoor power equipment, including lawn mowers, riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, snow blowers, generators, and power washers, at the customer's location.

Diagnostics, Estimates and Payment

A diagnostic fee applies to evaluate equipment issues. After diagnostic invoice is paid, an estimate is provided for any recommended repair. The diagnostic payment is applied to the overall repair cost of the equipment. Payment is due within 48 hours of completed repairs. We accept Cash, Check or Debit/Credit. We reserve the right to charge up to 5% on all debit or credit payments.

Warranty

Repairs, services, and parts provided by Pro-Core Mobile are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship and parts installed by us; it does not cover unrelated mechanical failures, misuse, or normal wear.

Scheduling and Communications

By providing your phone number when booking service, you agree that Pro-Core Mobile may contact you by phone call or text message regarding your appointment, including confirmations, scheduling updates, and service status. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Cancellations

We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment. There is a $10 cancellation fee for all canceled appointments prior to 48 hours of the appointment and there is a $50 cancellation fee for all cancel appointments within 48 hours of the scheduled event. There is a $125 no-show fee for appointments that were made and the customer or equipment was not available when the technicians arrive at the specified location.

Limitation of Liability

Pro-Core Mobile is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage unrelated to the specific repair performed, or for delays caused by parts availability or circumstances outside our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
