SMS Terms and Text Messaging Policy

Pro-Core Mobile Lawn Equipment and Small Engine Repair ("Pro-Core Mobile") is operated by Pro-Core Lawn LLC. This page explains our text messaging (SMS) program.

How You Opt In

When you book service with Pro-Core Mobile — by calling or texting us, by speaking with our scheduling line, or by submitting the booking form on this website — you agree to receive text messages from Pro-Core Mobile at the mobile number you provide. Our text messages are sent from (703) 987-5705. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase; you may decline text messages and still book service.

What We Send

We send text messages only about service you have requested or scheduled, including appointment confirmations, scheduled arrival times and technician arrival notices, instructions to help you prepare your equipment for the visit, service and repair status updates, and a follow-up message if a phone call with us is disconnected. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and is tied to your service activity. You will generally receive text messages only in connection with a repair you have booked. If you have no scheduled or recent service with us, you will not receive text messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Stop Messages

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of text messages at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (703) 987-5705 or PCLawnVA@gmail.com. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your appointment and does not opt you out of phone calls about scheduled service.

Privacy

Your phone number and your text messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate our scheduling and messaging systems, solely to deliver these messages to you.
